At Suit Culture, we want you to feel confident in your tailoring. If your garment doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is folded neatly to prevent creasing during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Suit Culture

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your suit, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
